The first thing about him is that he is really a tough player. He'll need to learn the college game, but as a linebacker he fills exactly the way you would want him to.

A lot can happen during the summer. Earning a spot on the first team in the spring doesn't mean you're a starter in the fall.

This helps us with the travel. By playing 1 p.m. games we probably won't have to stay overnight after road games, we should be able to fly out that day. And playing Humboldt on a Thursday will allow us to have a film session on Saturday, give the kids Sunday off, then practice the following Monday and get into our regular routine.

It was nice to get a look at the players in pads. We still have a lot of work to do, but everybody is learning and the attitude is still great.

It's been a good winter. We've accomplished a lot with our workouts.

This is really an important time for us to evaluate players and figure out what we have and what we need. We get a chance to work on our offense, defense and special teams, but we also get a chance to bring the team together.

Right now we're about halfway through our spring practices so this is kind of like a midterm exam.

Right now we're in the process of building a team. You can put a lot of guys out there, but to form a team it takes a lot of different bonds. That's what we're working on.

Running back is a little thin right now, but Jon Williams has looked real good. He's done a nice job.

We have significantly expanded electronic trading over the past two years of CME Eurodollars, and our continued technology improvements expand the trading of short-term interest rate products where users primarily trade complex spreads. With the implied spreading technology being implemented we will now link outright CME Eurodollar Pack markets with Pack spread markets.
